Front Range. This is the public's connection to the Professional
MLS Data Base.

you're looking or just learning. You can search for articles
concerning all kinds of Real Estate Issues. (I even use it on
occasion! :-)

Boulder County Assessor: Wow!, what a resource. Ever
wondered who owned the land next to you? How much is it
worth? Check this out.

The Land
Use Coalition: This is an organization that focuses on Boulder
County's Land Use efforts and regulations. Basically a citizen
watchdog group. A good one to check out before you go down the
road, hand in hand with the County.

Boulder
County Land Use: The County's page. All the official
info, including the entire Land Use Code. An important site to
have Bookmarked if you're doing anything in the County.

Real Estate Calculator: A downloadable
calculator to have on your Desktop. Great for playing with
Mortgages, Payments, Etc.

Colorado Real Estate Contracts: The place to go
to review almost all of the Contracts that you'll ever deal with in the
State of Colorado. You can Download all of these up to date
Contracts!

Boulder County
E-Mapping. This is the place to go to find property lines.
You'll need a Tax ID# or a good address.

MSN Expedia: a great map of Boulder County.
These guys have got the best maps I know of. There's not an
address anywhere that it hasn't found for me.

The TopoZone: another map site with USGS Topos.
Very detailed, very useful. Anywhere in the County, State, or
Country.

Stuff

Boulder Area Weather: tons
of local weather info.

Bar-K Ranch: A site run by the Italian on the Mountain, Sal
Devincenzo. A great site for local info, interests,
etc.

Ghostowns: good summaries of mining towns
throughout Colorado. A little hokey but fun. Make sure you
have your speakers on.

Daily Camera: The area newspaper. Good for getting a fix
on the local action.
