Directions to Ward.  From North Boulder, up Lee Hill off of Broadway.  After 1 mile take hard left up Lee Hill.  About 5 miles to Stop sign on Left Hand Canyon.  Go left (up), about 10 more miles to Ward.  To & through first Stop sign in Ward.  Up around the next left then to big Hairpin right, turn off pavement here to the left on the dirt road.  Go around first corner and look for 2 staircases on the left, they're right together.  It's the White/Blue house on the right.

From Nederland, Peak to Peak to Ward.  First or second turn in.  Take street below the Old Depot (large building with 3 little cabins next to it).  Down the dirt road, look for same house on the left.
